There are four main components to our work:
Faculty Development
Dedicated to providing you with opportunities and resources for personal and professional growth and renewal
Equity, Diversity and Gender issues
Dedicated to providing our Faculty with contemporary advice on equity, diversity and gender, and providing you with a pathway by which you can raise concerns related to discrimination, intimidation, or harassment
Wellness
Dedicated to providing you with advice and resources on personal health issues, working with divisions and departments on workplace health issues, and offering educational services and interventions on physician health and wellness
Global Health
Dedicated to developing, managing, and promoting opportunities for students and faculty to engage in academic activities in international settings and global health in your home country.
Professional Affairs
All four components report directly to the Associate Dean of Professional Affairs. That position is dedicated to helping you with your academic appointment, your career progression and formal academic promotion, and any other faculty related issue not covered in other components.
